PREPARE FOR YOUR SHOW
If your show is for two people, check your partner has downloaded the app and logged in ahead of show time.
Your show will start at your chosen time. Once it begins there is no way to stop or pause it: it will play out until the end.
Turn on “Do Not Disturb” mode so you don’t get interrupted
You must keep the LIVE screen open throughout the event.
Any problems with joining the show after the start time - close and reopen the app, then press Join Show again on the My Events page.

A charged phone, with the app and a show booking
Internet access
Headphones - wired headphones are preferred over bluetooth headphones.
Your partner, if required for your show

Use good quality headphones for the best experience - if your bluetooth headphones have issues, please switch to wired headphones.
Allow notifications on the Darkfield Radio App for reminders
Close all other apps before you start - especially audio apps
Make sure you have a good internet connection - wifi is preferred over data.
